Node Duplication

For some reason, there are multiple nodes for the same page (I clicked on them to confirm they all lead to the same instance each). Sometimes these even connect differently (see the connection from one “Holy Helper” going to “Evelyn” but the other “Holy Helper” doesn’t connect to “Evelyn”). I tried disconnecting Graphify completely and reconnecting it afterwards, but the issue still persists. I even cleared my browser cache and cookies.
