How to Link Pages in Notion for Graphify

Currently, there are three ways to establish connections between pages in Graphify. You can use the /link to page , @ Mentions or Database Relations Feature in Notion. Follow these steps to ensure your pages are properly linked:

Step 1: Ensure Both Pages Are Connected to Graphify

Before linking, each page must be added to Graphify:

  1. Open the Notion page

  2. Click “...” (Options menu) → "Add Connections"

  3. Select your Graphify Integration

If both pages are not connected, they will not appear in the graph.

Step 2: Add a Link Between the Pages in Notion

  1. Inside one of the pages, type /link to page, @ or in Databases use the Relations Feature

  2. Select the second page from the dropdown

🔹 Example: If you want to connect Page A and Page B, go to Page A, type /link to page or @ and select Page B.

Step 3: Refresh Graphify

Once the pages are linked inside Notion, go back to Graphify and click “Refresh”. The connection should now appear in your graph view.

Troubleshooting: Why Are My Pages Not Linking?

If your linked pages don’t appear connected in Graphify, check the following:

  • Are both pages connected to Graphify?
→ If a page isn’t added via the Add Connections feature, it won’t appear in the graph.

  • Did you use “Link to Page” or “@” inside Notion?
→ Ensure you used /link to page or @ instead of just mentioning the page title manually.
