How to Connect Notion via Internal Integration

To visualize your Notion pages in Graphify, you first need to connect your Notion workspace. This process is quick and takes less than a minute. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Create a Notion Integration

1. Go to the Notion Integration Page

2. Click "New Integration"

3. Set up your integration:

   • Choose a name (e.g., "Graphify Integration")

   • Select the workspace you want to use

   • Click "Submit" to create the integration

4. Copy the "Internal Integration Secret" – you will need this to connect Notion to Graphify

Step 2: Add Your Integration to Graphify

1. Go to Graphify → Connections

2. Click "Connect" under Internal Integration

3. Paste your Notion Integration Token

4. Click "Save & Connect"

5. Click "View Graph" to load your Notion documents

Step 3: Add the Integration to Your Notion Pages

For Graphify to access your pages, you need to manually link the integration to each page:

1. Open a Notion Page you want to display in Graphify

2. Click the "..." menu (top-right corner)

3. Select "Add connections"

4. Choose your Graphify Integration

5. Click "Refresh" in Graphify to update the Graph View

💡 Tip: You only need to do this once per page. Once a page is connected, it will automatically sync with Graphify.

💡 Tip: Use one Notion page as a "Container" for all your notes. Adding the integration to this parent page will automatically apply it to all subpages.
