Graph Won’t Appear on the Shared or Embedded Page

If your shared or embedded Graphify visualization isn't showing up, don’t worry! Here are the possible reasons and how to fix them.

1. Hidden Node Groups Can Prevent Display

🔹 Known Issue: If you have a Node Group (e.g., "file") on hide, your graph won’t be visible on the shared or embedded page.
✅ Solution: Make sure no Node Groups are hidden before publishing your graph.

2. Check If Your Graph Is Still Published

🔹 If you previously shared your graph but later clicked "Unpublish", the shared link and embedded graph will no longer be accessible.
✅ Solution: Go back to Graphify → Graph View and click "Publish" again to generate a new link.

3. Try Refreshing Your Graph

🔹 If your shared or embedded graph isn’t showing updates, it may need a refresh.
✅ Solution: Click "Refresh" in Graphify, then check the shared link or embedded graph again.

4. Ensure the Correct Pages Are Connected

🔹 If no nodes appear, it’s possible that the pages you’re trying to display aren’t properly connected to Graphify.
✅ Solution: Double-check that all relevant Notion pages are connected via Internal Integration or Notion API.

5. Ensure that you have a width and height on your Embed Code set

🔹 If no Graph appears, it’s possible that you don’t have a width and height set in the embed Code
✅ Solution: Double-check that you didn’t delete the width and height property on the embedded code. You can always copy and paste the code again.
