How to add new Pages to Graphify?
Once your Notion workspace is connected to Graphify, adding new pages is a quick and seamless process. Whether you're using the Notion API or an Internal Integration, the steps are exactly the same.

Adding a New Page to Graphify
In Notion, create a new page
Go to the top-right corner, click the "..." menu
Under "Connections," select either:
Graphify (if you're using the Notion API)
Your Internal Integration (if you set up a manual connection)
Go back to Graphify and click "Refresh"
Your page should now appear in the graph!
💡 Tip: If the page doesn’t show up immediately, try refreshing a second time.
💡 Tip: If you are using both the Notion API and the Internal Integration, Graphify will always prefer the Connections via the Notion API and display them.
Alternative Method for Notion API Users
If you are using the Notion API, there’s an even easier way to add multiple new pages at once:
In Graphify, go to "Connections"
Click "Reconnect"
Select any additional pages you want to include
Click "Save & Connect"
Go back to the Graph view and click "View Graph" to load the latest data
This is especially useful if you’ve added multiple pages and don’t want to connect them one by one inside Notion.
Do I Need to Repeat This for Every Page?
Not always! If you are working with database entries or pages created inside an already connected parent page, they will automatically be included in the graph.
Database Entries: If your database is already linked to Graphify, new entries don’t require additional setup.
Subpages (Child Elements): If a parent page is already connected, any subpages created inside it will also be included without extra steps.
