How to Refresh Your Graph View
Refreshing Graphify is quick and simple:
Open Graphify and navigate to your graph view
Click the “Refresh” button (usually located at the top right)
Wait a few seconds while Graphify syncs with your Notion workspace
Your graph will update with any newly added or modified pages and links
Pro Tip: If you don’t see changes immediately, try refreshing the browser page as well.
Alternative Way to Refresh
You can also refresh your data by:
Going to "Connections" in Graphify
Clicking "View Graph" next to your Notion connection
This will pull the latest data from Notion
⚠️ Important: The "Graph View" tab in the sidebar does not fetch new data. It’s optimized for performance when switching views but does not automatically refresh your workspace. To retrieve the latest data, use one of the refresh methods above.
Troubleshooting: Why Aren’t My Changes Showing Up?
If your updates aren’t appearing in Graphify after refreshing, check the following:
🔹 Are your new pages connected to Graphify?
→ Go to Notion, open the page, click "..." → "Add Connections" → Select Graphify or your Internal Integration
→ If a page isn’t linked to the integration, Graphify won’t be able to retrieve it
🔹 Did you properly link pages together?
→ Ensure you used /link to page, @ mentions, or a database relation in Notion
🔹 Still not updating?
→ Try disconnecting and reconnecting Graphify to Notion
→ If the issue persists, contact support at hello@getgraphify.com
By following these steps, you’ll always have the most up-to-date visualization of your Notion workspace inside Graphify!
